YUMM I ordered the Delight Me sandwich and delight me it did. Not even a ten minute wait, and lots of interesting things to look at on the shelves and cheese to sample while waiting. I was slightly hesitant to order it because I really detest figuring out how to get my teeth into sandwiches when they have that crusty, rock-hard baguette that scratch up my mouth + I often find prosciutto to be overly pungent/oppress other flavors, but Delight Me was absolutely delicious and flavors very well-balanced. It just melts in the mouth. The photos online originally threw me off because they looked a little squished/flat but I can attest that my sandwich had excellent mouthfeel. The caramelized onions in particular were outstanding. Devoured the thing sitting outside in 97F weather and didnβt even notice the heat besides the warmth coming from the tin foil under my fingers. A joy to eat. My one disappointment is that my sandwich was a little small, but that may just be a function of my enjoyment of that which I did have. Absurd satisfaction to price ratio. Will be coming again

We had such a fantastic experience at Olsson's Fine Foods! The homemade mozzarella class was fun, informative, and absolutely delicious. Rudimentary, the owner, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does β his enthusiasm made the whole experience even better. After the class, we picked up some amazing goat cheese and tried the blueberry grilled cheese special, which was completely mouthwatering. Everything was fresh, high quality, and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommend for anyone who loves cheese, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere!

I went in today (for context: I'm French) β not used to asking for cheese in pounds, and asked questions about the cheeses and they were extremely disagreeable, rude, and passive agressive. My accent is American but their condescension was crazy. Wanted to ask questions about where the comtΓ© was from in the Jura / ageing but didn't even venture because of how rude they were. They just told me, curtly: "it's from France" -- I know ( I googled : their Comte is from Fort des rousses) !! The entitlement was not even justified because they were incapable of giving details about the cheese, or having a quick look and getting back to me (the store was at the time empty). My friend and I were utterly speechless ... I was trying to show this place to my friend and she said they "terrified" her and will never go ! Will not be recommending to the French community in Princeton ! Edit following the reply : the attitude was abhorrent and don't appreciate being told that it is merely my "perception"; considering the price, this is a luxury service and they should *at least* be kind ! It wasn't even in the content in the response itself but the rudeness of how it was said. And I don't think it's t

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. I wasn't sure how to best reheat their sandwiches, so I called them and they advised me to reheat it on a pan with a bit of butter. It tasted as good as it did when fresh. Thank you for taking the time to answer my phone call!

Great cheese and specialty shop. The staff are so helpful in picking out items and you can sample anything you aren't sure about. They also have fancy salamis in meats other than pork like elk, venison and bison. The duck prosciutto is amazing as well. Not a cheap place to shop but it's because you're getting really high quality items. Picture is of a burrata making class offered through princeton adult school at the store. My husband and i took both the burrata and mozzerella classes and it is definitely worth it. Fun night out and you get to take home cheese after? Win win
